New Delhi: Announcing the launch of its first wearable device, Spice has launched a SIM-enabled smartwatch. Named the Spice Smart Pulse M9010, the smartwatch is believed to be India's first SIM-enabled smartwatch.
It offers dual-SIM (2G+2G) capabilities and can be used as a standalone phone. The smartwatch features a 4-cm touchscreen and a 420mAh battery.
It can be paired via Bluetooth with any Android smartphone. Spice says it will provide a Bluetooth notification, APK file that needs to be downloaded on the user's Android smartphone in order to pair it with the watch via Bluetooth. This BT notifier application will be available on the official website of Spice. It also includes a camera and an FM radio.
Spice's Smart Pulse has an expandable memory capacity of 8GB. The smartwatch will be made available at Rs 3,999 exclusively through HomeShop18 from July 11 (9:15 pm onwards) across India.####
