Police re-examines Tharoor's driver, chemist in Sunanda Pushkar's death
FBI in its report claimed that Sunanda died due to poisoning.

New Delhi: The Delhi police have intensified their investigation in to the mysterious death of Sunanda Pushkar – wife of former Union Minister Shashi Tharoor.

Sources said, a team of policemen went to Lodi Colony area and questioned some of medicine shop owners to inquire what medicines (if at all) were bought for Sunanda during her stay at a plush hotel in south Delhi where she was found dead on January 17, 2014.

They were also asked if (at all) medicines were bought then who made the payment.

It was also learnt that Tharoor's family driver Bajrangi, personal staff Narayan singh and family friends were reexamined by the officers to know the possible suspect in the case.

Recently, FBI in its report claimed that Sunanda died due to poisoning. Then Tharoor claimed that he has "plenty" to say on the case but would await the ongoing probe to end.

"Let me say this for the last time, I will not comment on this matter, as a matter of policy as well as principle, until the police have concluded investigation," Tharoor said on the sidelines recently held Jaipur Literature Festival.
