CHENNAI: The Koodankulam site is good for four or even six reactors if the present stalemate can be resolved, according to M R Srinivasan, former chairman and member of Atomic Energy Commission.Speaking to reporters after a discussion meet, here on Friday evening, he parried questions on nuclear liability law. The first two reactors don’t come under the nuclear liability law as the agreement with Russia was signed in 1988, when there was no civil nuclear liability law in India. However, he said talks are going on over bringing the other reactors under the ambit of nuclear liability law and refused to comment further.
