1) Firstly on reaching your work place, relax on a chair, keep your eyes shut and take deep breaths. Count 5 while you breathe in count 10 while you breathe out. Repeat this 10 times. It will take time but once your body gets used to it, increase the sets. This is called SAHAJ PRANAYAM. If done daily, it helps in relaxing the nerves system, keeps you stress free and increases concentration from the word go when you start your day.

2) Your eyes get strained; your shoulder and neck tend to become stiff when you sit for long hours in front of the computer. What you need to do is rotate your neck 5 times clock wise and 5 times anticlockwise. This is known as BRAHAMMUDRA. After this, cover your eyes with a wet napkin. For shoulders, rotate it clockwise and anticlockwise 5 times. This helps to calm body and mind and it eventually relaxes you.

3) During your lunch break, stand and twist back left hand first and then right hand. After that, slowly raise both your hands and bend down to stretch your lower back. Next, interlock fingers, put your hands up and lift your heels off the floor. Ensure to breathe normally and repeat this exercise 5 times. This will help to increase blood circulation and release the stress in the body keeping you energetic after lunch.

4) After 2 hours of the lunch break, do a bit of stretching for your leg and back followed by shoulder and neck rotations. This keeps your body and mind energized and it will enable you to push yourself at work.

5) Before leaving office for the day, if possible try doing KAPALBHATI, a process of breathing. Along with that Bhramri Pranayam also plays an important role to distress yourself. To do that, close ears with thumb, keep index finger on your forehead, and rest three fingers on the base of nose touching eyes. Inhale & now exhale out through nose while humming Om.
