Oil leak creates trouble for motorists

KOCHI: Motorists plying through the Palarivattom-Edappally road on Sunday night had a tough time negotiating their vehicles on a slippery road.
Police said the certain stretch of the road became slippery after large quantity of oil spilled on to the road from a vehicle. "Many twowheelers skidded and lost control. None was injured. Firetenders were pressed into service to wash the oil off the road," police said.
