Shruthi Haasan was about to perform an item song for the upcoming Telugu movie 'Nayak'.
But she has now dropped the plan due to several defaming chit-chats. "No intentions to perform item numbers," added Shruti.
She is now working on a Bollywood project with Prabhu Deva which is the remake of 'Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana'. It would pay her more respect if she follows the same track!
