List of 18 Army soldiers of 6 Dogra regiment killed in Manipur ambush

In one of the deadliest terror attacks on the Indian Army in over three decades, 18 soldiers of 6 Dogra Regiment were killed and 11 others were injured in an ambush in Manipur.

Naga insurgent outfit Nationalist Socialist Council of Nagaland-A (NSCN) along with Manipuri outfit Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP) and Kanglei Yawol Kanna Lup (KYKL) has claimed responsibility for the attack on an Indian Army convoy in which at least 18 soldiers were killed in Manipur on Thursday.

Chief of Army Staff General Dalbir Singh who visited Imphal to review the situation saluted the brave soldiers for their sacrifice and expressed condolences to the grief stricken families.

7) Nk. Ashok Kumar - Age: 35 years - from Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh

8) L. Nk. Rajneesh Singh - Age: 34 years - from Kangra, Himachal Pradesh
