New Delhi: India is preparing an exhaustive second dossier for Islamabad after giving out hardly any evidence in the first dossier

However, the DNA samples of Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab, the only terrorist captured in the 26/11 Mumbai attack, will not be handed over to Pakistan until Islamabad promises to actually match them with Kasab's family members.

Sources in the foreign ministry told CNN-IBN that they would prefer Pakistan to match Kasab's DNA with his father's because India is sceptical whether Pakistan is at all serious about Kasab's nationality.

Initially, when a Pakistani news channel proved on camera that Kasab is a Pakistani, Kasab's family vanished soon after from their house in a Faridkot village and then the national security advisor of Pakistan was sacked for saying that Kasab’s nationality could be Pakistani.

The 69-page dossier, which was shared with countries like America, was not shared with Pakistan. Islamabad was only given a 11-page dossier.

So, officially, the second dossier to be given to Pakistan will have some extensive evidence.

Evidence from Inside Kuber, the trawler boat, the articles which were used by the 10 terrorists –shaving cream, diesel container, match box, detergent powder, wheat flour, toothpaste, milk powder packet, which were all made in Pakistan.

It also has Urdu notes of terrorists in the log book left on Kuber.

The 9-mm pistols recovered from almost all terrorists had the marking 'Diamond Nedi Frontier Arms Company, Pehshawar'.

The evidence has communication details between the Mumbai terrorists and their Lashkar handlers in Pakistan. Calls which were made through Internet using service of Callphonex, a US-based company.

The payment to Callphonex was made via Western Union by a person called Javaid Iqbal, who gave a Pakiatni passport number KC092481.

The payment of $238.78 on November 25, 2008 was made to Western Union agent Nizar Alsharif

and commanders of Lashkar-e-Toiba, Zaki-ur Rehman Lakhvi and Zarar Shah, will be named as the main planners of the Mumbai attack.
