Gujarat GSEB 12th Result 2020 | The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) released the GSEB HSC Result 2020 for the class 12 Arts and Commerce students today early morning. The Gujarat Board Commerce and Arts HSC results were declared on its official website of the GSEB at gseb.org. Overall result percentage of regular candidates of general stream is 76.29%. The pass percentage of GSEB arts and Commerce is said to be better than science stream HSC Results 2020.
Total 269 schools get 100 per cent results this year in general stream.
Banaskantha district leads the list of highest number of passed students with 85.66% overall, followed by Surendranagar with 80.72% passed candidates, Surat with 80.66%, Ahmedabad with 73.58% and Vadodara with 71.03%.
The passing criteria for GSEB 12th is 33% marks. Students have to score 33% in aggregate and also individually in all subjects. Those who fail to clear the exam can appear for the supplementary or improvement examinations, for which the date will be announced later by the board.
Approximately 6 lakh students sat for the GSEB HSC exam this year. Last year, around four lakh students sat for the GSEB HSC exam.
