New Delhi: Delhi Police has recovered a Cabinet Secretariat note from the custody of Lokesh Sharma, one of the arrested persons in the corporate espionage case.
Police sources said it will be decided on the basis of this note whether violation of Official Secrets Act should also be added to the case or not. The police have also recovered documents of the Coal Ministry and National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC).
An official from GMR Energy has been called by police for a second round of questioning. Some people from independent energy consultancy firms are also being questioned.
