HYDERABAD: The special CBI court on Wednesday granted permission to the CBI for sending a constable from the agency to accompany the accused in the Emaar-APIIC Properties case and Trimex Group chairman Koneru Prasad for his Sabarimalai pilgrimage.The CBI counsel filed a petition in the special CBI court on Wednesday seeking permission for allowing a constable to travel along with Koneru Prasad.Koneru Prasad was granted interim bail for five days from November 16 to 22 by the court on Tuesday for his pilgrimage to Sabarimmlai.Magistrate B Naga Maruthi Sharma granted permission to the CBI to send a constable along with Koneru Prasad.Koneru Prasad was released from the Chanchalguda Central Prison on Wednesday evening.Prasad will be produced before the CBI court on November 22 at 2.30 p.m.
