Accused in many criminal cases arrested

KOCHI: The Kadavanthra police on Tuesday arrested an accused who has been involved in many criminal cases registered at Kadavanthra, Ernakulam Central and North police stations. The arrested has been identified as Subhash of Udaya Nagar, Gandhi Colony, Kadavanthra.According to the police currently there are a number of cases, including robbery, ganja seizure and murder attempt, pending against Subhash. Though he had executed a bond before the court promising good behaviour, he has not been following it, the police said.Recently the Ernakulam central police had filed a case against him for suicide attempt after he tried to bang his head on the wall at the Central police station.The police have started proceedings to include him in the goonda list. He was produced before the court and remanded.
