Aarushi-Hemraj case: Hearing adjourned till May 22
The CBI opposed the defence plea for 15 day's time to inspect the papers submitted by the probe agency.

New Delhi: The hearing in the Aarushi-Hemraj case was adjourned till May 22 on Monday. The Ghaziabad special CBI court passed its order after hearing the arguments of charges against dentist couple Nupur and Rajesh Talwar in the case. The CBI opposed the defence plea for 15 day's time to inspect the papers submitted by the probe agency.

Earlier, the Talwars filed an application saying that the CBI was yet to give them complete documents related to the case. The court had directed the CBI to provide probe-related CDs and documents to the defence counsel.

Aarushi Talwar, 14, was found murdered on the intervening night of May 16-17, 2008 at her Noida residence and the body of Hemraj, who was initially the suspect, was found on the terrace of the house the next day.
