Using Your XBOX Console
Select Store from the XBOX home screen. This is in the top menu on the right side. To select it, move the analog stick over the option until it turns blue, then tap the A button.
Select Memberships. This is a little further down on the screen. Tap the analog stick down until it's highlighted, then tap A to select it.
View the games in the "Xbox Live Gold" section. Free games that are available to download will say "Free with GOLD" at the bottom. Tap A to select a game. Select Get to download the game.
Using the XBOX Website
Go to xbox.com/live/games-with-gold on a browser. This can be on a computer, phone, or tablet.
Click on the profile icon in the top right. This will bring you to a sign in screen. If you are already signed in to your XBOX Gold account, you can skip this step.
Sign in with your Microsoft account. Enter your email followed by your password and click Next. This should be the account associated with your XBOX Gold Membership.
Select Games with Gold. This is near the middle of the screen.
Select a game. Click on it to view and download the game to your console.
