TNPSC Group 2 Mains Result Released at tnpsc.gov.in, How to Check

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) issued the TNPSC Group 2 Mains result on Thursday, January 11. The commission has also released the TNPSC Group 2 Mains merit list PDF along with the results. Candidates who have appeared for the Tamil Nadu TNPSC Group 2 Mains exam can visit the official website of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) at tnpsc.gov.inand check and save a copy of the TNPSC Group 2 Mains merit list.

“The list of register number of candidates who have been provisionally admitted to Onscreen Certificate Verification in the ratio of 1:3 for the posts included in Combined Civil Services Examination–II (Interview Posts) (Group-II Services) based on the results of the main written examination conducted by the Commission on February 02, 2023 FN and AN. The onscreen certificate verification will be done based on the documents already uploaded by the candidates before the main written examination,” reads the official notification.

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) Group 2 Mains written exam was conducted on February 25, 2023. Candidates who have been selected are now qualified to take part in the Onscreen Certificate Verification for the positions enclosed in the Combined Civil Services Examination–II (Interview Posts) (Group-II Services).

TNPSC GROUP 2 MAINS RESULT: STEPS TO CHECK

Step 1: Candidates need to visit the official website of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) at tnpsc.gov.into download the Group 2 mains result.

Step 2: Look for the What’s New section and click on the TNPSC Group 2 Mains result PDF link available.

Step 3: Once you click the link, select the “COMBINED CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATION-II (INTERVIEW POSTS AND NON-INTERVIEW POSTS) IN GROUP-II AND IIA SERVICES” link on the webpage.

Step 4: Post this, the TNPSC Group 2 result PDF will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Now, candidates can check their roll number from the given list and download the TNPSC Group 2 Mains Result for future reference.

“Candidates who have been shortlisted for certain posts in List-II published on November 08, 2022, have been considered only for the said posts. After Onscreen Certificate Verification, the list of eligible candidates for Oral Test will be published in the ratio of 1:2 / 1:3,” stated the commission in an official notification.

The commission further stated that the admission of candidates to Onscreen Certificate Verification is provisional subject to verification and acceptance of the claims as made in their online application. But if any of their claims in their online application is found to be false or incorrect, their online application will be rejected, their provisional admission to Onscreen Certificate Verification will be cancelled and they will not be admitted to the next stage of selection.
