The Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) 2024 results will be declared on March 28, Anna University has announced. Prior to that, the final answer keys will be out on March 22. Candidates who appeared for the examinations will be able to access and download the answer keys and results through the official website, tancet.annauniv.edu, once released. Candidates will be able to download the scorecards from April 30 to May 3.
The varsity has also asked candidates who want to make changes to the applications to do so by mailing them to the official email ID. “It is observed that many students are approaching for minor corrections (Initials in Name, Spelling in Name, DOB, Gender, Community, Nativity) Hence, the students are informed to utilize the final opportunity given now to change/modify profile data by submitting the PROPER EVIDENCE to [email protected]. Once the score card is downloaded, there is no scope for change of any profile data,” the notice reads.
As per the marking scheme, the exam includes 100 questions, one mark each and there is a negative marking of one-third of the total marks for each incorrect answer. Candidates can use the marking scheme and the final answer key to estimate their probable scores before the results are declared.
TANCET 2024 Final Answer Key: How To Download?
Step 1:Go to the official website at tancet.annauniv.edu.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for the section or link labeled “Check Final Answer Keys.”
Step 3: Click on the “Check Final Answer Keys” link.
Step 4: You’ll be directed to a PDF file containing the final answer keys.
Step 5: The final answer key will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Download and take a printout for future reference.
The TANCET entrance exam was conducted on March 9, with the MCA exam taking place in the morning shift from 10 am to 12 pm, followed by the MBA exam in the afternoon shift from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The exam is conducted in the offline mode for 120 minutes or two hours.
The TANCET is held annually for individuals aspiring to enroll in Anna University’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Application (MCA) degree programmes. The minimum qualifying score will only be disclosed in the official result notifications that the relevant colleges and institutions will put out after the results are announced.
