The provisional answer key for the written examination to recruit for the positions of Assistant Scientific Officer (Chemistry and Toxicology) and Assistant Scientific Officer (Narcotics), Home Department, has been released by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board. Additionally, the answer keys for the ASO (DNA) and ASO (Biology and Serology) have also been declared. Candidates who have appeared for the examination can download the answer key from the official website at jkssb.nic.in.
JKSSB ASO 2024 Answer Keys: How to Check
Step 1: Log on to the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board Official website, jkssb.nic.in
Step 2: Go to the announcements section on the homepage.
Step 3: Click the desired answer key link
Step 4: On the screen, a pdf will be presented.
Step 5: Check the answer key and print it down for future use.
Candidates may file objections and representations in the approved manner, together with documented proof or evidence substantiating the claim (hard copies only) along with a fee of Rs 200 per question to the Accounts Officer, J&K Services Selection Board.
Further, the official notice states, “The objections/representations can be submitted in offline mode only, in the office of JKSSB, CP0 Chowk, Panjtirthi, Jammu/JKSSB, Zamzam Building, Rambagh, Srinagar on three working days starting from 08-01-2024, during office hours only. The Board shall not entertain any such representations/objections after the expiry of the stipulated period or through any other mode.”
If the objection raised by any candidate is deemed to be valid, the answer key will be updated to reflect the changes. However, no candidate will be informed personally of the acceptance or rejection of his or her objection.
Meanwhile, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board has released the JKSSB Exam Calendar 2024 for various positions such as Sub Inspector, Inspector, Patwari, and Deputy Inspector/Equivalent. For candidates interested in the aforementioned posts, the exam schedule is available on the board’s official website, jkssb.nic.in. According to the timetable, the exam dates for the Sub Inspector and Deputy Inspector/Equivalent positions are March 10, 2024 and March 3, 2024, respectively. The written test for Patwari is scheduled for March 31, 2024, and the post-examination for inspectors is scheduled for March 17.
The exact dates for downloading JKSSB admit cards, as well as the associated timetable will be published separately in due course. The exam will consist of objective-based, multiple-choice questions.
