The IIT JAM 2024 test will take place on February 11 in over 100 exam venues throughout India and the results will be announced on March 22 by IIT Madras

The Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) 2024 admit card will be made available by the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) today, January 8, 2024. Once the admit card has been issued, candidates who plan to sit for the IIT JAM 2024 can obtain it from the official website at jam.iitm.ac.in.

Applicants should verify all of the information on the admit card before downloading it. It is recommended to get it printed to preserve a printed copy of the admit card in case of any last-minute mishaps.

The IIT JAM 2024 will take place on February 11 in two sessions, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm and the results will be announced on March 22. JAM 2024 will be held in over 100 exam venues throughout India by the Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Madras.

Biotechnology (BT), Chemistry (CY), Economics (EN), Geology (GG), Mathematics (MA), Mathematical Statistics (MS), and Physics (PH) are the seven test papers that will be included in the computer-based JAM 2024 examination.

 IIT JAM 2024 Admit Card: How to Download

Step 1: Go to the IIT JAM 2024 official website at jam.iitm.ac.in.

Step 2: Click the link for the JAM 2024 admin card on the homepage.

Step 3: Enter your login credentials.

Step 4: The IIT JAM 2024 admit card may be downloaded and a hard copy can be printed out for your records.

Students interested in pursuing an MSc, MTech, or PhD at premier Indian universities including IITs, NITs, and ISCs are required to pass the IIT JAM. Candidates were required to have completed their UG degree programme or be in the last year of the undergraduate programme to be considered for JAM 2024. Applications from foreign nationals holding degrees from Indian universities were also accepted.

Approximately 3000 seats in various postgraduate degrees at IITs are available for admittance to candidates on the merit list. The Centralised Counselling for M. SC./M. SC (TECH) (CCMN) programme would make an additional 2000 seats available at IISc and NITs, IIEST Shibpur, SLIET, and DIAT.
