The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is offering a great opportunity for candidates interested in applying for government jobs. Eligibility Criteria:
For Contractual Specialists, candidates must have a PG degree or diploma in the relevant speciality from a recognised university, along with 3 years experience after obtaining the PG degree or a minimum of 5 years post-diploma experience.
For Senior Residents, the minimum qualification required is a PG degree or diploma or an MBBS degree from any recognized university. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience working in the same discipline they are applying for.
Age Limit:
- For Contractual Specialists, candidates must not exceed 67 years of age. Age relaxation will be provided for SC, ST, OBC and ex-servicemen as per government rules.
- For Senior Residents, the age limit is 45 years with the same age relaxation rules applying.
Remuneration:
- Full-time Contractual Specialist: Rs. 1,21,408 per month at level 11, plus transport allowance with DA on TA. Salary increases as per government DA revisions.
- Part-time Contractual Specialist: Rs. 60,000 per month. Emergency visits are paid at Rs. 15,000. Additional work beyond 16 hours per week will be compensated at Rs. 800 per hour.
- Full-time Senior Resident: Fixed remuneration is Rs. 67,700 at level 11.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on a walk-in interview. They should ensure they arrive at the interview venue on or before the scheduled reporting time.
