Central University of Jharkhand To Open Registration For Integrated B.Tech-M.Tech On This Date

The Central University of Jharkhand (CUJ) will be conducting the admission to the engineering courses through the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) for the upcoming session of 2024-25. The admission will be done in the course of Integrated B.Tech-M.Tech in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Civil Engineering. The online registration link for admission will be available from August 28 to September 8.

The online registration for the counselling can be done through the official website of CSAB – csab.nic.in or cuj.ac.in.

According to the official notification released by the university, candidates who have a valid scorecard in JEE-Main 2024 and meet the following eligibility criteria can apply. The integrated B.Tech-M.The tech program typically spans 5 years (10 semesters). It offers a streamlined path to earning both degrees, saving time compared to pursuing them separately.

Steps to Register:

Step 1: Visit the official website of CUJ: cuj.ac.in or csab.nic.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the admission link

Step 3: Register yourself by providing your basic contact details such as your phone number and email ID

Step 4: Access the application form with your registered ID and password

Step 5: Select the course in which you wish to enrol

Step 6: Upload the necessary documents

Step 7: Pay the application fee

Step 8: Submit the form and take a printout or screenshot of it for future reference

Eligibility Criteria:

The student must have secured a minimum of 60 per cent marks in their class 12 examination or equivalent examination from a recognised board. For the SC/ST students, the qualifying marks will be 55 per cent in their class 12 or equivalent examination.

Admission is based on the performance in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE).

Registration Fee:

The non-refundable registration fee is Rs 800 (for ULAR/OBC/EWS candidates), Rs. 400 (for SC/ST candidates) and Rs. 200 (for DAP (PWD)/Female candidates of all categories).

Registration link will be available from August 28 and will end on September 8, at 11:55 PM. The list of the registered candidates will be out on September 11. The offline document verification of registered candidates will take place on September 14. Allotment of seats and fee submission will be conducted from September 17.
