The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) will close the extended registration deadline for the teacher’s recruitment examination today. The exam is being conducted to fill positions of school teachers for classes 1 to 12, and special school teachers for classes 9 to 10. Interested and qualified individuals can apply for BPSC TRE 3 via the official website, bpsc.bih.nic.in. This recruitment campaign aims to fill 87,774 positions in the organisation.
The exam is set to take place from March 7 to 17 and the results will likely be announced between March 22 and 24. The examination will consist of 150 questions divided into three parts. The first segment will consist of 30 questions, followed by 40 in the second section and 80 in the final session.
BPSC TRE 3.0: Eligibility Criteria
Age limit: The minimum age for all vacancies is 18, except secondary (classes 9, 10), senior secondary (classes 11, 12), and SC, ST welfare schools (classes 6-12), which have a lower age limit of 21 years. The maximum age restriction is 37 years for UR males, 40 for OBC, BC, and UR females, and 42 for SC and ST applicants.
BPSC TRE 3.0: How to Apply
Step 1: Visit the BPSC’s official website, bpsc.bih.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the Apply Online option on the home page.
Step 3: A new page will open, and candidates must click on the apply online link.
Step 4: Register and log in to your account.
Step 5: Once completed, fill out the application form.
Step 6: Make payment for application fees.
Step 7: Click submit to download the page.
Step 8: Keep a hard copy in case you need it later.
BPSC TRE 3.0: Application Fee
Candidates in the general or unreserved categories must pay BPSC TRE application fees of Rs 750, while scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribe (ST), female candidates, and disabled candidates must pay Rs 200.
The second phase of the BPSC TRE 2023 was held from December 7 to 15. The examination was conducted in two shifts on the first day and one shift on the second day. The recruitment drive was conducted to fill 86,557 teacher positions in the state.
