Vijay Thalapathy’s upcoming movie Thalapathy68 has generated a lot of buzz amongst fans. It is directed by Venkat Prabhu and backed by Kalpathi S Aghoram, Kalpathi S Ganesh and Kalpathi S Suresh under the banner of AGS Entertainment. This will be their 25th venture and is said to be made on a grand scale.
Now, recently, a photo from the set of the shoot has surfaced and has generated excitement amongst fans.
In the photo, one can see Prabhu Deva and Riyaz Khan in one frame. As per reports, the movie is currently being shot in Chennai and is expected to hit the big screens next summer.
After the immense success of Bigil, the production house will be collaborating with Thalapathy Vijay for the second time for his 68th movie tentatively named Thalapathy68. Reportedly, the movie will star Meenaakshi Chaudhary in the female lead role. Apart from Vijay, the movie will also feature Prabhu Deva, Prashanth, Rias Khan, Mic Mohan, Laila, Sneha and others.
If the rumours are anything to go by, Mic Mohan’s character in the movie may have a multifaceted personality and will play a key role. The makers are yet to announce the final names of the star cast.
On the other hand, Thalapathy Vijay has been riding high after the success of the movie Varisu. He is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming movie Leo which is helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. It has an interesting cast ensemble featuring Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Gautham Menon and others.
Recently, the trailer of the movie Leo was released and sent the fans into a frenzy. Thalapathy essays a rugged look and will be seen fighting serial killers and gangsters. The trailer shows a few glimpses of Kashmir Valley, Sanjay Dutt and the lead actor. The movie is about Thalapathy’s character protecting his family from his dark past and at the same time tackling gangsters. Leo will be released on October 19.
