A 23-year-old man driving a Range Rover in an inebriated condition was on Friday arrested after he allegedly rammed into a taxi in north Delhi's Majnu Ka Tila area even as the cab driver had a narrow escape, police said on Friday.

Banaskantha district police on Friday recovered Rs 1.25 crore in cash and 2.4 kg of gold during a raid at a house in Palanpur and arrested Sadhvi Jayshree Giri, who is associated with Mukteshwar Math, in a case of cheating.
